Statement of Faith
The Biblical Concourse of Home Universities™ is in agreement with the Biblical Christian faith, and composed of Spirit-led Christians who are earnestly seeking Biblical principles to implement in every sphere of life and thought. We understand that our nations, societies, businesses, schools, churches, and families are flooded with darkness as a result of Christian disobedience to the Word of God. These results can be reversed. Church leaders throughout history have called Christians back to the Word of God with their preaching and written statements of faith. Philosophy of Education
The Biblical Concourse of Home Universities™ understands that the Christian philosophy of education differs from the educational philosophies of the world. Both the educator and student of a Christian philosophy of education become filled with the knowledge, wisdom, and understanding of God as God's Word, God's Works, and God's Spirit become integrated and applied to all of life. Since God is the creator of all knowledge and the beginning of knowledge is the fear of the Lord, there is no curriculum, course, topic, or simple complete thought where the discovery of God's thoughts would be unexpected. Therefore, the Biblical Concourse of Home Universities™ educators and students aim to apply diligence to think God's thoughts after Him, which brings both glory to God and heaven to earth, through the life of the educator and student.
Our Distinctives
Israel was commanded to remain uncorrupted by those who had occupied the Promised Land before them. They were even required to utterly overthrow those enemies and break down their images to receive the blessings of God (Exodus 23:24-25). The Biblical Concourse of Home Universities™ understands the need for such proactive approaches to advance the Kingdom of God. We also understand that most of higher education today is influenced by secular authorities and that the power to educate must be returned to the Christian family and church. Therefore, we provide a concourse for families who desire to accomplish private Christian parent-directed education.
Through this concourse, we encourage and enable homeschooling families to: (1) continue home educating through college, (2) implement Biblical thought in all disciplines, and (3) return the spiritual and economic power of education to the family.
Mission: To equip families to home educate through college and transform professions to glorify God (Ephesians 4:11, Romans 12:2, Matthew 5:14-15, 1 Corinthians 1:31).
Vision: Every home a university. That is, every home where a real disciple of Christ lives, is a university meeting each other’s higher education desires. (John 14:26, Deuteronomy 6:2, 1 Thessalonians 5:11, Ephesians 4:15-16).
Management Philosophy: Innovatively provide families with the highest quality easy to buy products and services to satisfy their home university desires at the lowest cost. Serving customers with simplicity and godly sincerity is the highest priority.
